As a Business Analyst, you'll be the bridge between users, product vision, and the dev team. You'll help us translate big ideas into clear requirements and make sure what we build truly solves real-world problems.
🔗 Your Bridge Role
You'll be the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications. Your insights will directly shape the features we ship and ensure our products solve real problems.
What You'll Do
- Work with stakeholders (clients, product, devs) to gather and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with product owners to define features, create roadmaps, and establish success metrics
- Map and analyze current-state business processes, identify gaps, and design optimized future-state workflows
- Support developers and designers by clarifying requirements, defining edge cases, and answering technical questions
- Perform UAT coordination and validation to ensure delivered features meet business objectives and acceptance criteria
- Validate delivered features to ensure they meet business expectations
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitor products to inform product direction
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software/tech
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Strong expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping)
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion
- Experience with data analysis and SQL for validating requirements and understanding data flows
- Excellent documentation skills with ability to create clear diagrams (flowcharts, swimlanes, ERDs, use cases)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with API documentation and understanding of system integrations
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI/ML projects, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software implementations
- Background in UX research, user journey mapping, or conducting user interviews
- Technical skills in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for data-driven analysis
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, Lucidchart)
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and basic technical concepts
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and basic programming concepts
- Database or data analytics skills to validate assumptions with real data
- Previous work with wireframing tools (Figma, Miro, Balsamiq)
